Hissin responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are not professional advice, official assessment, or guaranteed truth.

The app does not replace doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, lawyers, or financial professionals; it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, legal advice, or financial advice.

The app does not continue conversations about depression risk, suicidal ideation, or serious mental-health labels, and does not save that content as notes or AI memory.

Emergencies

In a crisis, self-harm risk, risk of harm to others, urgent medical risk, or safety risk, users should not rely on Hissin and should contact local emergency or professional support channels.

The app is not an emergency monitoring, intervention, or clinical follow-up system.

Subscriptions

Premium features may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown on the store payment screen.

Subscription cancellation and payment management are handled through the relevant store account. Deleting a Hissin account may not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

Acceptable use

The app may not be used for illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or rights-violating purposes.

Hissin may limit access when misuse is suspected in order to protect safety and service integrity.
