KVKK Privacy Notice
This notice summarizes how personal data may be processed when using Hissin under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Data controller and contact
The Hissin service is provided under the Hissin brand.

Purposes and legal basis
Data may be processed to create accounts, provide the app experience, run user-controlled reminders and memory records, provide AI and avatar features, verify subscription status, protect security, and keep legal records.
Special category personal data such as health data is processed only with explicit user permission and platform permissions, and only to personalize the in-app support experience.
During live avatar sessions, microphone data is processed in real time to run the call and generate AI responses; Hissin does not permanently store raw audio recordings on its own servers.
Text/transcripts generated from speech may be stored for chat history, security, personalization, and AI memory features.
AI memory is controlled with a separate permission preference; when turned off, new personal memory or emotional/relationship follow-up signals are not created, and past context is not used in future chats.
Sensitive expressions such as depression risk, suicidal ideation, or clinical mental-health labels are not stored as notes, reminders, or AI memory.
Transfers and international services
To provide the service, limited data may be transferred to providers such as OpenAI, LiveKit, Simli, Render, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google for authentication, subscription, AI, live avatar, and hosting infrastructure.
Transferred data may include only what is required for the relevant feature, such as account/session information, subscription verification data, avatar session information, audio/data streams, speech text, user name, technical usage data, or security records.
Some providers may be located outside Turkey. When users continue using the app and grant relevant permissions, these transfers are made to technically provide the service.
Rights and requests
Users have the right to request information, correction, deletion/destruction, objection, and other rights regarding their personal data.
Account deletion can be initiated from the Privacy Center.
